IN NO EVENT WILL ANY YOURLIFEYOURSTORY.COM PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE YOURLIFEYOURSTORY WEB SITE, EVEN IF SUCH YOURLIFEYOURSTORY.COM PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Grant of License.

When you post a story (Content) to YourLifeYourStory.com you choose to make that Content "Public" (meaning that such Content will be included in our New, Featured or Archived Stories and will be available and searchable to anyone who visits the YourLifeYourStory.com site). By posting Content to YourLifeYourStory.com you grant YourLifeYourStory.com, its affiliates and partners a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, nonexclusive, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, translate, summarize, edit, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit and publish that content in any media. In addition, when you post Public Content to YourLifeYourStory.com, you also grant us a license to distribute that Content, either electronically or via other media, to users seeking to read it through the YourLifeYourStory.com Website or for purposes of other services provided by YourLifeYourStory. This license shall apply to the distribution and the storage of Your Content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. You may not remove Content you have posted on YourLifeYourStory.com without written consent from YourLifeYourStory.com and with a reasonable cause that could make the content embarrassing or damaging to the persons posting it, their families, relatives or the people mentioned in the Content.”

YourLifeYourStory only publishes real content and real characters. When you submit content, you are responsible for the veracity of the content and the unique responsible (if the readers find out that the content is fiction and not real and they claim so), at which point the content will be removed from our Web site after verifying with the submitter the validity of the claim. YourLifeYourStory cannot verify the content submitted by our readers. If you desire to change the names of the characters described in your content, you can do so but you need to notify YourLifeYourStory that the names have been changed to keep the characters anonymous. If the character names have been changed, YourLifeYourStory will add then a disclaimer in the Introduction page to the Story, informing the readers that, although the story and facts are real, the names have been changed to protect the anonymity of the main or secondary characters as follows:
